Report: Outkast to reunite and tour in 2014 [UPDATE: Confirmed]
November 20, 2013
After a day of rumors washed over the Internet, it appears that it’s true: Revolt.tv is reporting that Outkast, Big Boi and Andre 3000, will make their long awaited reunion and will tour across the country in 2014. The duo, whom each member had to separately deal with questions about when they’re getting back together or if they have actually broken up, have not commented on the rumors or the report as of now, but if true, this will be the first time the two Atlanta emcees have worked together since their Idlewild movie and album (not counting the feature appearance Three Stacks had on Big Boi’s “Royal Flush” single that didn’t quite make his first proper solo Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty). Also widely rumored was that they will headline Coachella in April 2014, although that has yet to be confirmed by any news outlet.
UPDATE (1/8/2014): Big Boi, the man himself, has confirmed OutKast is coming to Coachella later this year.
